Liza 21 Days is a combined oral contraceptive pill (COC) containing estrogen and progestin. It is commonly prescribed for preventing pregnancy, regulating menstrual cycles, reducing menstrual pain and heavy bleeding, and improving hormone-related symptoms like PMS. Liza helps prevent pregnancy by stopping ovulation (no egg released), thickening cervical mucus to block sperm, and thinning the uterine lining to reduce chance of implantation.

Each pack contains 21 active hormonal tablets, followed by 7 pill-free days before starting the next pack. Liza must only be taken under the advice of a licensed healthcare professional.

How to Consume

1. Take one tablet every day for 21 days, at the same time each day, following the order on the blister pack.
   
   After completing all 21 tablets:

3. A withdrawal bleed usually occurs during this week

4. Begin your next pack after 7 days, even if bleeding has not finished
