How to Consume

1. Take one tablet once daily for 21 days, at the same time each day, following the arrows on the blister pack.
   
   After you finish all 21 active pills:

3. You will usually have a withdrawal bleed during this week.

4. Start your next pack after 7 days, even if bleeding hasn’t stopped.
