Yaz 28 Days is a combined oral contraceptive pill containing low-dose estrogen and progestin. It is commonly prescribed for preventing pregnancy, regulating menstrual cycles, improving acne, and reducing symptoms of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). Yaz prevents pregnancy by stopping ovulation (egg release), thickening cervical mucus, making it harder for sperm to reach the egg, and thinning the uterine lining to reduce the chance of implantation.

This pill pack contains 28 tablets, 24 active hormonal pills and 4 placebo pills, designed to maintain a consistent daily routine. Yaz should only be taken under the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional.

How to Consume

1. Take one tablet once daily, at the same time every day, following the order shown on the blister pack.
2. Take the 24 active (pink) pills first, one each day.
3. Continue with the 4 placebo (white) pills to maintain your daily habit.
4. Start your next pack immediately after finishing the placebo pills, no break in between packs.
5. If you miss a dose, follow the instructions provided in the leaflet or consult a pharmacist or doctor to know whether you need backup contraception.
